Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, particularly within the Foodservice, HORECA, or FMCG sectors. This role involves both acquiring new business and developing existing key accounts. The successful candidate will play a vital role in demand planning, forecasting, and achieving company sales targets. This is a hybrid role requiring both office and field work within the Greater Manila Area (GMA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business opportunities and grow client base in the B2B and foodservice/HORECA sectors

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts

  • Conduct regular field visits to clients within the GMA

  • Collaborate with internal teams on client requirements and service delivery

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, demand plans, and performance reports

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

  • Identify new trends and opportunities within assigned territories

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term partnerships

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in foodservice, HORECA, or FMCG

  • Proven track record of acquiring and developing key accounts

  • Experience in sales forecasting and demand planning

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Willing to do field work and travel within GMA as needed

  • Comfortable with a hybrid work setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
