As an
Account Executive
, you will enter the exciting world of agency account management, learn the ropes while support account teams in day-to-day client service and campaign execution. This role offers opportunities to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in client relationships, campaign management, and agency operations.
You will work closely with account teams to support client deliverables, track project timelines, and assist with reporting, while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Focus & Impact
- Supports account teams with routine tasks such as preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and tracking timelines.
- Learns agency processes, client workflows, and campaign execution under guidance.
- Develops foundational skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and supporting client deliverables.
Client Relationship Management
- Provides support to account teams in day-to-day client communications and meeting preparation.
- Assists in creating presentations, reports, and other client materials.
- Helps ensure smooth execution of client requests and follow-ups under guidance.
Campaign & Data Management
- Assists with campaign documentation and timeline tracking.
- Supports basic reporting and organization of materials.
Financial Oversight
- Supports financial documentation and tracking under supervision.
- Helps maintain budget and expense records for campaigns.
Knowledge
- Understands account management principles and practices.
- Apply foundational concepts to support team tasks and campaigns.
Soft Skills
- Developing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows enthusiasm, openness, and eagerness to learn.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Has basic awareness of client brands, market trends, and the industry.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience (internships or part-time roles in marketing or advertising are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic awareness of brands, marketing trends, and the advertising industry.
