What You'll Do:

  • Negotiates for the turnover of amenities to HOA, balancing HOA requests and the company's interest. Assists in punch listing relative to amenities turnover.
  • Conducts orientation to Homeowners regarding Homeowners' Association through a general assembly.
  • Represents the company, as needed, in meetings presided by HLURB or other pertinent agencies with regard to conflict resolutions, clarifications, and/or general inquiries with regard to the extent of our assistance to Homeowners Associations.
  • Coordinates and guides HOA's election committee on their first regular election. Ensures that election reports are properly documented, and submitted by the election committee to HLURB.
  • Coordinates HOA-related matters to concerned groups (security, power, water, etc).

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Real Estate Management or any related course
  • With relevant experience in customer relations, public speaking and negotiation in a real estate is an advantage
  • Must be willing to conduct field work in CALABARZON 4-A & Central Luzon (service will be provided)
  • Highly-organized and trustworthy
