Public Relations Staff

What You'll Do:
- Strategically manage and negotiate the turnover of community amenities to the Homeowner's Association (HOA), ensuring balanced interests and successful punch-listing completion.
- Organize and lead General Assemblies to orient homeowners on HOA structure, duties, and community living.
- Act as the company's representative in regulatory and conflict-resolution meetings (e.g., with HLURB) regarding HOA support.
- Oversee the HOA's inaugural election, ensuring the election committee adheres to compliance and proper regulatory documentation/submission.
- Coordinate the HOA's needs with critical operational groups, including security and utility providers (power, water, etc.).
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Real Estate Management or any related course
- With relevant experience in customer relations, public speaking and negotiation in a real estate is an advantage
- Must be willing to conduct field work in CALABARZON 4-A & Central Luzon (service will be provided)
- Perform tasks with utmost integrity and honesty
