We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Staff to drive effective communication within our organization. This role will focus on creating and assisting in managing internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement, promote organizational alignment, and enhance the flow of information across all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans to support the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, messages from top management, etc.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments to communicate key initiatives, policies, and updates to employees effectively.
- Coordinate and execute events and campaigns to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Establish and maintain feedback channels to assess employee needs and improve communication strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts using employee feedback, surveys, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on best practices and innovations in internal communication to continuously improve processes.
- Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least someone with 1 year of experience as Corporate Communications role or similar.
- Willing to work ASAP and ONSITE at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
