Available Roles – TaskUs Batangas

  • Online Food Delivery Campaign – Work From Home

Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,600
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience
- Accomplished at least 2 years in any Bachelor/Associate Degree
- Must be residing in Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, or Quezon (within 70KM from Batangas site)

  • Online Streaming Campaign – Onsite Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,600
  • At least 1 year BPO Voice experience
  • Must be living 0–30KM from the Batangas site

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TaskUs Batangas, you will:

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, technical concerns, and service requests through voice and non-voice channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot common account or service issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle a variety of campaigns including online food delivery and digital streaming services.
  • Work in a supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented environment where leaders value your success.

Basic Qualifications (All Roles)

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum) or higher
  • Good to above-average English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite or WFH (depending on the campaign)
