A Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, satisfactory solutions.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers with patience and professionalism.
- Inform clients about company products, services, and policies via outbound calls
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, navigating the website, or using products/services.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, including billing, shipping, and warranty information.
- Work collaboratively with other call center professionals to improve customer service quality.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- In-depth knowledge of company products/services
- Expertise in relevant customer service areas (accounts, sales, tech support, etc.) is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Lipa City, Batangas.
