PART TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)

Job Description:

  • Place outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, events, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve issues or close leads and sales.
  • Perform data entry and update client information in CRM software.
  • Manage customer communications via email and other channels.
  • Prepare and create reports using MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Complete any additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types
  • Quick to learn and adaptable
  • No BPO experience required; students, homemakers, and part-time workers are welcome to apply
