Call Center Agent – On-Site | Batangas City

Job Overview:

  • Place outbound calls for surveys, leads, event invitations, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve issues or close leads and sales.
  • Execute data entry and CRM updates of customer information.
  • Manage customer communications via email and other channels.
  • Prepare and generate reports using MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Adhere to all established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform any additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on-site in Batangas City
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Capable of working well under pressure
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to various personalities
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills
  • No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
