Job Description

- the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat. This role is responsible for troubleshooting basic IT issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.

Qualification

- Required finished at least 2nd year college undergrad of any courses.

- At least 1 year experience being Service Desk in a bpo setup

- Has experience with Active Directory & Servicenow

- Has experience with remote troubleshooting

- Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills
