We're Hiring: Junior Service Desk Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while enhancing overall user satisfaction.
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Junior Service Desk Analyst
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Respond to service requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Monitor and manage ticketing system to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and user manuals
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions for recurring problems
- Participate in training sessions for new technologies as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant technical support experience
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous learning
