We're Hiring: Junior Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while enhancing overall user satisfaction.

Location: Taguig, Philippines

Work Mode: Work From Office

Role: Junior Service Desk Analyst

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Respond to service requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Monitor and manage ticketing system to ensure prompt issue resolution
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation and user manuals
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions for recurring problems
  • Participate in training sessions for new technologies as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant technical support experience
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous learning
