We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected real estate developer based in Western Visayas. As part of this strategic alliance, we are conducting a high-priority search for two key leadership roles: four (4) Regional Broker Sales Director and one (1) Regional Corporate Sales Director. We are seeking highly competitive and accomplished professionals ready to drive market expansion and exceptional performance within this dynamic sector.

REGIONAL BROKER SALES DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement broker sales plans for assigned clusters in line with regional objectives.
  • Execute programs such as Triple A (Accredit, Activate, Accelerate) and Broker Partnership Program to expand broker network and improve productivity.
  • Lead and manage Broker Sales Managers and their respective broker networks.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance monitoring to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Buyer Activation Managers for events, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Set sales targets for clusters and monitor achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption.
  • Optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS) and manage sales fund utilization.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers and community leaders to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Support brokers in deal structuring and negotiation to ensure competitive yet profitable outcomes.

REGIONAL CORPORATE SALES DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement corporate sales plans targeting national and regional accounts; align initiatives with regional objectives and overall company goals; leverage Ecosystem and partnerships with top corporations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage Corporate Sales Managers; provide coaching, mentorship, and capability-building programs.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients; negotiate and structure corporate deals that are competitive yet profitable; develop loyalty programs and exclusive offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set corporate sales targets and monitor achievement; prepare regular performance reports and forecasts; ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Project Development teams to support corporate campaigns and activations; coordinate with Buyer Activation Managers for corporate events and engagement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php150,000.00 per month
