Position Summary

Leads and oversees the entire real estate development process—from strategic planning to project execution—to ensure alignment with the company's vision, maximize profitability, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning – Develop and implement long-term real estate strategies, conduct market research, and prepare project proposals.
  • Project Management – Manage all phases of development (land acquisition, design, construction, marketing, and sales) ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Team Leadership – Build and mentor a high-performing team, set KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Financial Management – Prepare budgets, conduct financial analysis, manage project financing, and present reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with investors, government agencies, and communities while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Experience: 20+ years in real estate development with a proven record in complex projects
  • Skills: Leadership, negotiation, financial analysis, feasibility studies, project management, and strong knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php220,000.00 per month
