Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Assistant at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing team in promoting real estate projects, managing client interactions, and executing marketing campaigns. This role involves administrative support, lead generation, and coordination of promotional activities to help drive property sales and enhance brand visibility.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales, marketing principles, and customer service
  • Communication, organization, social media management, MS Office proficiency
  • Multitasking, attention to detail, client handling, teamwork
  • Professional demeanor, willingness to learn, customer-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
