Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager leads the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of all sales and marketing initiatives for DBC Homes' real estate projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, managing client relationships, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. The position requires leadership, market insight, and strong coordination across departments and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or property development
  • Real estate market dynamics, branding, digital marketing, sales funnel management
