  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, branch performance reports, and management dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue, expenses, and inter-branch transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, sales reports, collections (cash, credit cards, e-wallets, delivery platforms), and supplier accounts.
  • Oversee month-end closing, payroll processing, and statutory filings (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Implement internal controls and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Monitor food cost, inventory, and expense variances, recommending cost-saving measures.
  • Supervise and train accounting assistants, cashiers, and branch bookkeepers.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and head office teams to resolve accounting and operational discrepancies.
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems (POS integration, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP).
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (F&B or retail preferred).
  • CPA is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
