Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising accounting staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining efficient accounting processes. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in managing accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to accounting team members.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar supervisory accounting role.

Strong knowledge in financial reporting principles.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
