What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
  2. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysis for management
  4. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  6. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the retail industry
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  7. Knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
