Job Description

Our client, an AI-driven creative company, is seeking a Senior Video Designer / Editor to join their team. The role requires a combination of creativity, technical mastery, and leadership to produce high-quality video content for diverse platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full video production cycle: from concept, storyboarding, editing, motion graphics, to final delivery.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Maya for motion graphics production.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, and Maya is required.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing, and client teams to transform briefs into compelling visuals.
  • Execute advanced editing, color grading, sound design, and platform-specific formatting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro is required for video editing tasks.
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Mentor and oversee junior editors, ensuring adherence to creative standards.
  • Experience leading teams of 6 or more members is essential for this senior role.
  • Explore and integrate AI-based editing tools for improved workflow efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative techniques.

Qualifications
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling, motion graphics, and branded content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
  • Strong background in color grading, audio mixing, and post-production workflows.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with AI editing tools is an advantage.
