About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Designer & Editor to create impactful and visually engaging video content for our clients. This is a fully remote position where you'll combine advanced creative expertise with AI-powered tools to deliver top-quality videos. You will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Australian work rights are not required for this position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and refine UGC-style and branded content that connects with audiences.
  • Take ownership of video concepts, storyboarding, scripting, and editing with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver polished videos under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and improve creative direction.
  • Adapt quickly to emerging technologies and integrate new workflows that improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video design and editing, with proven UGC content expertise.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and motion graphics design.

  • Advanced proficiency in core tools:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro AI, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci, MidJourney, and Runway.

  • Familiarity with other AI-driven tools such as CapCut AI, Nano Banana, Eleven Labs, CutPro, Sora, and Text-to-Speech platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong foundation in graphic design, animation, layout composition, and asset sourcing.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and share expertise with team members.
