About the Role

We are looking for a talented Video Designer/Editor who can merge creativity with technical expertise to deliver engaging and impactful video content. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in editing, motion graphics, and animation, with the ability to conceptualize and execute projects independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform briefs into compelling and impactful videos aligned with project objectives.
  • Edit UGC-style content, blending technical editing skills with creative vision.
  • Conceptualize, script, and edit videos with minimal supervision.
  • Design and animate motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Ensure high-quality video outputs are delivered on time without compromising standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Must Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in video design and editing, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional video design and editing experience is required.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and CutPro.
  • Solid background in motion graphics and animation design (mandatory).
  • Expert-level proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation design is essential.
  • Skilled in video ideation, asset sourcing, and layout composition.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced video tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Text-to-Speech) is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and creative trends.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and video storytelling.
  • Must be able to confirm and present verifiable employment history.
  • Eagerness to learn continuously and contribute expertise in a collaborative environment.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience working in fast-paced, creative, or startup-driven environments.
  • Exposure to adtech, creative technology, or similar industries.
