This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative AU-based team. We are looking for a Creative Video Editor who can bring brand stories to life through visually compelling and strategically aligned video content. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality videos that support branding and digital marketing campaigns across multiple industries, including real estate, construction, self-storage, and property services.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Produce, edit, and enhance video content for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to create polished, engaging, and on-brand videos.
  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews) into short-form, platform-optimized clips.
  • Ensure all video materials maintain consistent branding and align with marketing goals.

Branding & Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to translate ideas into impactful video concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling.
  • Support brand development by aligning video content with tone, style, and messaging guidelines.

File Management & Optimization

  • Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library.
  • Optimize video files for various platforms to ensure quick load times and proper formatting.

(Optional Advantage) Graphic Design

  • Create complementary visual assets such as thumbnails, social media graphics, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across both video and design outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum (3) years of experience in video editing for branding, digital marketing, or creative production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a plus).
  • Experience producing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
