We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing TikTok affiliates, endorsing and promoting different brands through TikTok affiliates, and maintaining effective communication with content creators. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of TikTok and be familiar with the TikTok Sellers Center. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in email and Viber communication.

Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Affiliate Sourcing: Identify and source potential TikTok affiliates to enhance brand promotion and reach.
  • Endorsement and Promotion: Collaborate with TikTok affiliates to endorse and promote different brands through engaging and creative content creation.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with content creators via email and Viber to ensure a collaborative and productive partnership.
  • Knowledge of Platforms and Sellers Center: Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of to effectively guide affiliates and optimize brand visibility.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey brand guidelines, objectives, and expectations clearly.
  • Computer Literacy: Utilize computer skills to manage communication channels, track affiliate performance, and collaborate with the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Proficient in using TikTok and familiarity with the TikTok Sellers Center.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in email communication and messaging platforms.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
