Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Degeneration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. You will play a key part in driving the growth of our sales pipeline and supporting our sales and marketing teams with high-quality leads.

This is a mid-level position reporting to the Sales Manager, ideal for someone with a proven track record in lead generation and a strong understanding of sales strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and industry events
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Maintain and manage a database of leads and prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide excellent service to prospects and potential clients
  • Attend networking events and conferences to generate new business opportunities
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in lead generation tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation or sales targets
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
