Client Development Specialist

Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying potential leads and generating new business for the organization. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into profitable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads and contact information.
- Utilize various channels and tools to generate leads such as email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Qualify leads by conducting initial contact, assessing their needs, and determining their level of interest.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead nurturing campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and monitor progress towards sales goals.
- Conduct regular analysis of lead generation activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and technologies related to lead generation and business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into profitable business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using lead generation tools, software, and databases.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
