Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Brand Strategist, based in Makati. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the company's social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth. Responsibilities include creating and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, developing compelling campaigns, writing and curating posts, and monitoring analytics for performance insights. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with teams across the company to maintain consistent brand messaging and drive the brand's vision through innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling, high-quality, and brand-aligned content
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on insights
  • Familiarity with design and aesthetic principles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
