Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social platforms, content creation, analytics, and community management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage and grow the company's social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and apply knowledge to continuously improve strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track KPIs and produce regular reports to analyze performance, identify insights, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a good eye for visual design and trends.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and social advertising is a plus.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
