Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to customer comments and direct messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote seasonal menu items, special events, discounts, and other promotional offers.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by segmenting the customer base, designing eye-catching templates, and tracking performance.
  • Work with restaurant management to plan and promote special events (e.g., food festivals, holiday promotions, themed nights).
  • Stay updated on local events, holidays, and cultural moments that could influence marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Help maintain the restaurant's website, ensuring that the menu, hours, location, and promotions are up to date.
  • Support the design and production of physical marketing materials such as flyers, posters, menus, and signage.
  • Assist with the planning, marketing, and promotion of in-house events.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field.
  • With at least 3 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Must have experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity in campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Amenable to work on-site in Makati City
