is looking for a proactive and strategic
Social Media Manager
who will help elevate both our clients' brands and our own agency presence. If you're data-driven, trend-savvy, and passionate about creating content that actually works, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies for multiple brands (messaging framework, content pillars, content plans, platform roles).
  • Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Lead paid boosting and ad optimization on
    Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    .
  • Conduct competitor scanning and identify trends that can inspire new content directions.
  • Monitor communities (inbox & comments) with timely, on-brand, and accurate responses.
  • Evaluate monthly content performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for creatives and clients.
  • Create comprehensive month-end reports that highlight insights, learnings, and next steps.
  • Manage
    PerkComm's own social media pages
    and drive strategies that strengthen the agency's brand and marketing presence.
  • Present strategy, insights, and content recommendations to internal teams and clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, platform best practices, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple brands and deadlines at once.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and always learning.
