We are looking for a digital native, someone who lives and breathes the online world, to lead our social media presence. You know the trends before they trend, can turn insights into engagement, and thrive in the fast-moving space of content, culture, and community.

If you are creative, data driven, and fluent in memes, reels, and all things digital, this is your stage.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).

Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content that reflects our brand voice.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies in real time.

Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and digital culture shifts.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and events teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions with authenticity and speed.

Coordinate paid social ad campaigns to grow audience reach and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience managing social media for brands or organizations.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and always up to date with the latest internet trends and platform features.

Bonus Points:

Experience with or community building.

Understanding of SEO and digital ad management.

Basic photo and video editing skills with familiarity in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong sense of humor and cultural awareness.
