Job Purpose
The Social Media & Influencer Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing the brand's social media presence by responding to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally. The role also involves identifying, reaching out to, and coordinating with influencers for PR gifts, collaborations, and promotional campaigns. The specialist ensures a positive brand image, builds strong community engagement, and supports marketing initiatives by leveraging influencer relationships effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
Objective: Ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses to social media customer
· Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms.
· Provide accurate information and proactive solutions to customer concerns.
· Coordinate with fulfillment or operations teams to resolve order-related issues, returns, or exchanges.
· Collect and report customer feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
2. Influencer Collaboration
Objective: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to support PR and brand campaigns.
· Identify and research relevant influencers for PR gifts and collaborations.
· Reach out and coordinate with influencers for collaborations and promotional initiatives.
· Track influencer campaign performance and content delivery.
· Maintain a database of influencer contacts, past collaborations, and campaign outcomes.
3. PR & Campaign Support
Objective: Ensure influencer campaigns and PR activities align with brand strategy and messaging.
· Coordinate preparation, packaging, and distribution of PR gifts and materials.
· Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistency in campaign messaging.
· Provide insights from influencer and customer interactions to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and values.
4. Brand Image & Community Management
Objective: Maintain a positive, consistent, and engaging brand presence on social media.
· Represent the brand professionally in all interactions with customers and influencers.
· Monitor social media sentiment and report issues affecting brand perception.
· Suggest strategies to enhance social media engagement and community growth.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Objective: Track, measure, and report on engagement, influencer activities, and campaign outcomes.
· Monitor social media engagement metrics (response time, sentiment, interactions).
· Track influencer campaign results (reach, engagement, content quality).
· Prepare regular reports summarizing performance, trends, and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
· Experience in social media management, customer engagement, or influencer relations.
· Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, PR processes, and campaign tracking.
· Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and influencer campaigns simultaneously.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor engagement and provide actionable insights.

· Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in messaging, PR gift coordination, and influencer deliverables.
· Analytical & Reporting Skills – Monitors social media engagement and influencer campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
· Brand Awareness – Maintains consistent brand voice, values, and aesthetics across all interactions and campaigns.
· Adaptability – Quickly adjusts to platform updates, changing campaign priorities, and evolving social media trends.
