About the role

Zirconia Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Zirconia's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments
  • Continuously monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Marketing Assistants/Coordinators responsibilities and best practices
