Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee daily operations across departments such as production, logistics, administration, and customer service.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and standards to improve business performance.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or process management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in business management software, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
