We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Mandaluyong

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology or any related field
  • Amenable to work onsite in our office in Mandaluyong
  • With at least 2-3 years work experience in Labor Relations and must have working knowledge on PH Labor Laws
  • Able to independently manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines; a self-starter who can keep projects moving with little supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of basic HR concepts related to Labor Relations and change management.
  • Resourceful, very organized, results-driven, and solutions-oriented, follow through on commitments.
  • With experience in representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc.

Job Description:

  • Serve as point of contact for employee complaints and labor-related concerns
  • Conduct preliminary investigations on employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and violations
  • Facilitate administrative due process, including: Issuance of NTEs (Notice to Explain), and Administrative hearings
  • Recommendation of appropriate disciplinary action
  • Document all grievance and disciplinary proceedings
  • Maintain accurate labor relations documentation:
  • Assist in drafting and updating company policies and employee handbook in line with labor standards
  • Prepare regular reports for HR and management on labor relations issues and trends
  • Represent the company during: DOLE, NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) hearings, if necessary
  • Advise management on labor-related risks, legal exposure, and best practices
  • Recommend preventive actions to minimize disputes and compliance gaps
  • Collaborate with HR in employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and exit processes
  • Stay updated on new labor laws, DOLE issuances, and jurisprudence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
