Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the higher management on labor and employee relations efforts, including CBA negotiation, union engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor laws and CBA provisions.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple sites and manage a high-volume workforce.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+years of progressive HR experience, with relevant experience in employee and labor relations, especially in unionized and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and industrial HR practices.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in steel or heavy industry is a strong advantage.
