Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the higher management on labor and employee relations efforts, including CBA negotiation, union engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor laws and CBA provisions.
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee HR operations across multiple sites and manage a high-volume workforce.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+years of progressive HR experience, with relevant experience in employee and labor relations, especially in unionized and manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and industrial HR practices.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in steel or heavy industry is a strong advantage.
