We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to make sure that the electrical and electronic products meet the highest standards for quality, performance and safety. This role includes product testing, documentation and coordination with engineering and other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Ensure products meet quality standards, functional requirements and safety compliance in accordance with relevant industry regulations (eg. DOES, PS)
  • Conduct electrical and electronic testing of incoming materials, in process assemblies and finished products
  • Interpret schematic diagrams and technical specifications to verify design integrity and production conformance
  • Operate and maintain test equipment such as multimeters and other diagnostic tools to perform functionality and safety assessments
  • Accurately prepare and maintain test reports, quality records and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, production and supplier teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous product quality improvement
  • Manage task execution to ensure completion within required timelines and according to specifications
  • Monitor and maintain records of borrowed tools and equipment to ensure proper usage and accountability
  • Report findings and test results to supervisors and management clearly and in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineer or Electronics
  • Fresh grad with related internship or 6 months of working experience in a related role
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • Basic knowledge of electronics theory and practical application
  • Experience using multimeters, power supplies and other standard diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to read schematics and perform troubleshooting of circuits
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and their functions
  • Basic engineering computations (e.g. current, voltage, power)
  • Familiar with industry standards (e.g. DOE, Philippine Standards)
  • Excellent in documentation, reporting and preparing technical inspection records
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, strong organizational and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
