Role Overview:

The
Health Benefit Executive
is responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts and managing relationships with existing clients. This role ensures the seamless delivery of Maxicare's health benefit services while achieving individual and team sales targets. It involves coordination across internal teams, healthcare providers, and corporate clients to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new corporate accounts and ensure retention of existing clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead daily pre-sales activities and maintain a robust sales pipeline for consistent revenue generation.
  • Analyze pricing structures and recommend competitive benefits packages for new and renewing accounts.
  • Ensure client compliance with KYC protocols and prepare regular reports for the Business Development Manager.
  • Gather client data, collaborate with the Actuarial Team, and prepare client-specific proposals and presentations.
  • Submit timely reports such as weekly activity calendars, sales updates, client feedback, and P&L reports.
  • Conduct benefit orientations for new accounts, address client concerns, and coordinate with medical partners for benefit utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, client servicing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or HMO industry.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with HMO operations, healthcare benefits, and claims processing is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM or healthcare management tools.
  • Highly organized, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
