MAJOR OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE...

To consistently deliver high-quality web solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, align with industry standards, and support operational efficiency.You'll work cross-departmentally with SEO, PPC and SMM teams.

You'll drive innovation and ensure that all the work is both technically excellent and fulfills strategic objectives.

You'll thrive in this role if you have...

• 5 + years leading web developer teams, project managers and designers-
• Strong technical knowledge of CMS platforms, server environments, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP-
• Hands-on experience in project scoping, budgeting, and large-scale quoting
• Deep knowledge of QA implementation and web delivery standards
• A track record of building team culture, coaching performance, and driving client retention
• Proven ability to work across functions with SEO, PPC, Sales and IT
• Real familiarity with Teamwork, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Asana, Jira, and Agency Analytics
• A leadership style that balances freedom with follow-through and speed with standards
