  1. Directs and supervises traffic operations of the Logistics Department

  2. Conducts meeting with Logistics personnel and disseminates policies and instructions; implements standard safety measures and procedures to the department.

  3. Organizes the Warehouse and Distribution of goods. Ensures the right products are delivered to the right location and time at a good cost.

  4. Monitors and coordinates to production department for the Purchase Orders/ Job Orders.

  5. Monitors the goods delivered daily and compiles the daily delivered per customer and per product.

  6. Monitors the movement of the stocks according to the monthly quota and inform the Logistics Manager & Sales Department about the progress.

  7. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts with the Warehouseman, and checking inventory records

  8. Create delivery route documents based on the invoice to be delivered.

  9. Completes Logistics and warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and make follow ups on work results.

  10. Perform other related tasks or activities that may be assigned by his immediate superior.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php800.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 per week
