Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including supervising the line, controlling orders, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your role will be critical in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and control the order processing and fulfillment process to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Supervise the line operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and labeled according to customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and address any stock discrepancies.
  • Monitor productivity levels and work quality of warehouse associates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide training and coaching to warehouse associates to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, productivity, and inventory levels, and present findings to management.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, logistics, or supply chain management, is required.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems and order processing systems.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, such as MS Office suite and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with warehouse staff, management, and other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php28,000.00 per month
