Location: Remote, EST
Reports to: Advertising & Paid Media Team Manager
Position Overview:
Offshore Talent is looking for a strategic and performance-focused SEO Specialist to lead and elevate our organic search efforts across multiple brands, service lines, and websites. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword and competitive research, implementing on-page and technical SEO best practices, and collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and developers to drive sustainable growth in traffic and organic conversions.
A strong command of GA4, Google Search Console, Google tag manager, SEM Rush and AI use for SEO is essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that support business objectives. You will need to understand our services in and out to provide a clear and precise
SEO strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Search Strategy, Execution & Optimization
Develop an SEO roadmap for the company domains, prioritizing projects by business impact and effort.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and audience-intent mapping to steer content and technical workstreams.
- Run continuous experiments—title tests, SERP-feature targeting, internal-link pilots—and iterate based on performance data.
Utilize AI (programmatic SEO / SEO agent) to speed up and optimize content creation.
Technical SEO
Optimize site architecture, page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots directives, and crawl budget.
- Lead SEO QA for all code releases, manage redirect strategies, and participate in the upcoming migration to WordPress.
- Monitor indexation health and resolve crawl errors using Search Console, Screaming Frog / SEMRush, and log-file analysis.
Utilize SEM Rush on a daily basis.
On-Page & Content Optimization
Own metadata, header hierarchy, internal linking, image/video SEO, and structured-data implementation.
- Partner with writer and designer to create E-E-A-T-aligned content that builds topical authority and complies with healthcare regulations.
Maintain keyword maps and content calendars, ensuring every page aligns with user intent and conversion goals.
Off-Page & Authority Building
Design ethical both paid and non paid backlink strategies - digital outreach, partner content, and thought-leadership placements.
- Track referring-domain quality, spam scores, and link velocity; disavow toxic links when needed.
- Leverage social amplification and collaborations to strengthen brand authority signals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of enterprise-level SEO ownership with proven traffic and organic conversions lifts, including complex site migrations and Core Web Vitals fixes.
- Expert in GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and WordPress, with
- working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and schema markup.
- Experienced in regulated verticals (ideally healthcare/homecare), comfortable with HIPAA,
- YMYL/E-E-A-T, and ADA accessibility standards.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel and
- project-management tools like Asana or
- Fluent English skills with ability to write and proofread content.
- Highly analytical, organized with keen attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
