Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy SEO Manager to manage the digital infrastructure behind our law firm's websites, landing pages, and lead generation funnels. This role ensures all web properties function seamlessly, are optimized for performance and search, and are fully integrated with our marketing and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Landing Page Management

  • Coordinate with the web developer to ensure all landing pages, content pages, and brand websites are created accurately and are functioning properly
  • Monitor and audit websites to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and compliance with legal and branding standards
  • Assist in publishing or updating website content as needed

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Optimize web pages and blog content for on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, keyword usage)
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve rankings and organic visibility
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content and blog strategies

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of schema markup, technical SEO, or page speed optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience coordinating with developers and design teams
