ABOUT THE ROLE
To be successful in this role you will need to have great attention to detail while being keen to work in a dynamic environment where we continually look for ways to improve our processes. The role is responsible for supporting business functions by completing base level processing tasks as assigned, maintaining minimum standards of detail within strict service level or SLA and turnaround times.
The role, which is based in our brand-new Manila office with a hybrid model being a split of office and work from home, is responsible for the delivery of the client's underwriting service, embracing and working within a professional, dynamic and progressive environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing of customer communications including but not limited to Closing, new Business Quote, Endorsements, Lapse, Revised New Business and Renewals.
- Initiates system corrections
- Provide timely response to customer enquiries as received in writing.
- Assists with renewal amendments including alteration to auto renewals.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant Statutory and Industry Requirements and Codes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 months in customer service support, or related insurance or financial services and business process outsourcing.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- High attention to detail and following processes.
- Strong customer focus and drive.
- Strong computer and numeracy skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Committed and highly keen to progress both in career and role.
- Eager to take full responsibility and accountability for tasks assigned.
- With ability work with a high performing team in meeting goals/objectives, timelines and KPIs, a strong team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Windows.
