We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Operations at Mercer. This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Policy and Client Administrator
We will count on you to:
- Ensure effective delivery of benefits services to clients and stakeholders
- Manage complex benefits operational assignments
- Analyse and resolve issues and discrepancies in benefits data files
- Maintain and support operational systems and tools for optimal functionality
- Generate and present operational reports with insights and recommendations
- Perform daily operational tasks including data analysis, system support, and reporting
- Provide testing support for new system and tool implementations
- Utilise technical tools to manage client data accurately and maintain data integrity
- Manage client requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion with high client satisfaction
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and supporting junior team members
- Lead projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify improvement opportunities
What you need to have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years in Insurance Operations
- Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
