Job Summary

Growth Wonders PH, a pediatric therapy center, is looking for a Receptionist/ Admin Secretary to join our growing team. This role involves administrative, cashiering, scheduling, and basic marketing tasks that support daily clinic operations.

Qualifications
  • College graduate (preferred) or college undergraduate
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer use (typing, printing, filing)
  • Basic use of Canva for simple layouts or marketing materials
  • Good communication and coordination skills
Job Description
  • Serve as cashier, issuing receipts and accepting payments from clients
  • Coordinate and arrange schedules of clients and consultants
  • Assist in daily accounting, including recording income and expenses
  • Perform basic marketing tasks, such as coordinating with partners and occasional visits to doctors' clinics
  • Handle printing, filing, and other clerical support for the administrative team
Job Details
  • Salary: ₱15,000 per month
  • Training / Probationary Period: Paid
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, Incentives/ Bonuses (admin's discretion)
  • Location: River Green Residences, Pedro Gil Street, Sta. Ana, Manila
