Step into a role where professionalism meets hospitality.We're looking for a Receptionist & Admin Support who will be the welcoming face of our company while keepingour office running like clockwork.Job Description – What You'll Do: Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming calls and route them properly Handle mail, deliveries, and appointments Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area Support admin tasks: document filing, data entry, meeting coordination Assist with other office-related tasks as neededWelcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly front desk experience - Answer and direct phone calls and emails (including -i.com) promptly andprofessionally - Maintain office organization, supplies, and general upkeep for a smooth daily workflow - Oversee safekeeping, inventory, and distribution of sales & marketing materials - Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and dataentry - Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficientcommunication and operations -Monitor pantry and office supplies - Timekeeping (monthly) - Assist in OR preparation (monthly) - Assist in encoding reimbursement transactions (monthly) -Other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeQualifications< MUST-HAVE > Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality< NICE-TO-HAVE > Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems) Background in real estate or property management College graduate or equivalent work experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
