JOB DESCRIPTION
The Company engages her service as Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including providing support to all executives and employees by assisting in daily office needs and overseeing the company's general administrative activities.
- Responsible for monitoring the housekeeping and liaison or office runner personnel.
- Responsible for arranging office conferences schedules or appointments.
- Performs reception duties and welcomes visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work on both Paranaque and Pasig City
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week (no fixed weekend day off)
- Bachelor's degree in any field of studies
- Must be with pleasing personality
- Detail oriented individual and able to communicate effectively and efficiently
