V. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday; 8:30AM to 5:30PM

VI. WORK SETUP: Onsite; must be willing to report in Meycauayan, location of office will be moved to Mandaluyong by Q1 2026.

VII. COMPENSATION: Between Php 25,000.00 to Php 30,000.00 gross monthly

VIII. JOB SUMMARY:

As a Junior Merchandiser at ANTA, you will support the Merchandising team in ensuring that the right product — in the right quantity, right stores/channels, and right time — is available to maximize sales, margin and brand consistency. You'll work across planning, inventory, analysis, displays, vendor/supplier coordination and retail/online execution. This role reports to the Merchandising Head and Senior Merchandiser.

IX. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Assist in the development and implementation of product assortments, range plans and merchandising calendars aligned with ANTA's / Salomon's / Wilson's brand strategy and category goals.
• Monitor sales, stock, replenishment and sell-through rates by SKU, store, channel and region; highlight opportunities or risk items.
• Support open-to-buy (OTB) and inventory planning: assist in forecasting, stock allocation, reorder recommendations, and managing excess/slow-moving stock.
• Collaborate with buying/planning, marketing, store operations, visual merchandising and e-commerce teams to ensure coherent execution across channels.
• Work with suppliers/vendors to ensure goods are ordered, on time, meet quality standards and arrive in stores/warehouses as scheduled.
• Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviour (sportswear, footwear, lifestyle segment) for ANTA / Salomon / Wilson and related sub-brands, and provide insights for future range decisions.
• Support store/wholesale and e-commerce execution: help with merchandising layouts, product placement, in-store display standards, online assortments, photography/visual content support.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory data; use Excel and/or merchandising/planning systems to generate reports, monitor KPIs such as sell-through, markdowns, stock-to-sales, margin.
• Participate in regular review meetings (weekly sales/stock, seasonal reviews) and prepare briefings/presentations as needed.
• Assist in promotions/planned markdowns: support selection of items, timing, execution and post-promotion evaluation.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld in all merchandise presentation, packaging, POS materials and channel execution.

X. REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets (Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Good understanding of inventory/stock management concepts, basic forecasting techniques.
• Awareness of retail channel dynamics, ideally with some knowledge of sportswear/athletic footwear market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work cross-functionally.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset — able to identify trends, suggest improvements, problem-solve.
• Passion for sports, sneakers, athletic apparel and brand culture is a plus — aligning with the ANTA / Salomon / Wilson brand and target consumer.

XI. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising, brand/planning or sportswear/apparel industry preferred.
