MedEthix Inc.(An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group) is looking for a proficient Trade Marketing Executive for Consumer Health Group. The perfect candidate should be skilled in creating and implementing marketing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing trade marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the overall marketing plans set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate the execution of trade promotions and product displays across various channels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and campaign guidelines.
  • Monitor and track trade marketing activities, ensuring proper implementation of promotional strategies, and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development and execution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional merchandise, and in-store displays, liaising with suppliers and third-party vendors for timely delivery.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to provide insights and recommendations for improving trade programs and identifying new opportunities.
  • Maintain records of promotions, sales performance, and merchandising activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date for reporting and optimization purposes.
  • Track trade marketing budget and help ensure resources are allocated efficiently for various campaigns.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor in-store execution, assess product displays, and gather feedback on campaign performance.
  • Support in the planning and execution of trade events, in-store activities, and roadshows, ensuring all logistics and timelines are managed effectively.
  • Assist the Junior Trade Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of trade marketing activities, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales support (preferably in FMCG, Home Goods, Personal Care, Healthcare, or similar industries).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity in all aspects of work, ensuring honesty and accountability.
  • Willing to travel for field visits, trade checks, and store visits.
  • A valid driver's license (must be updated/renewed).
