Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows for marketing, sales, and service teams.
  • Set up automation for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement custom properties, lists, pipelines, and workflow logic aligned with business processes.
  • Audit existing automation systems and identify gaps, redundancies, or optimization opportunities.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party tools and ensure data sync accuracy.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and attribution tracking to support KPIs and performance insights.
  • Maintain database hygiene, enforce naming conventions, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training to internal teams on HubSpot functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, particularly with workflows and automation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM structures, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs, or native HubSpot integrations).
  • Ability to create process maps and convert them into automated sequences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must be amenable to work nightshifts
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
